Copenhagen named world's safest city by the Economist Intelligence Unit

Copenhagen, in Denmark, has been named the world's safest city by the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU). Toronto, in Canada ranked second and Singapore in third place. The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) has released the Safe Cities Index 2021.

The report is based on the fourth iteration of the index, which ranks 60 cities across 76 indicators covering digital, health, infrastructure, personal and environmental security.
